Maybe you witnessed the remission of a disease deemed incurable. Perhaps you've encountered other unexplainable phenomena that defy explanation. Your information can help us identify things that tend to be overlooked and gain new insights that could change our conventional understanding.
Our aim is to bring scientific rigor to the study of these phenomena. So we request you to submit any evidence (medical records, photographs, eyewitness testimonies etc.) that supports your story.
Your privacy is very important to us. So, please include only as much detail as you are comfortable with. Please do include your contact information if you would be available for follow-up questions. Your information will be kept confidential and will not be shared without your consent.
In summary, we would like to hear about any phenomena that defies conventional explanation.
